Q: hey...i got a 2nd generation iPod about 2 years ago for christmas...well this christmas is aout to b 3 years...anyway....the screen got like messed up...its like a technical problem...i didnt break it physically...can apple fix this?..like if i take it to the store....i cant see the screen cuz its all funky...with a lot of like lines...
A: If you got the extended warranty on it (which knowing most people, you probably didn't), you can send it in to Apple to get it fixed or replaced. If so, get started here: https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do If not, you're probably out of luck. some stores will do it, but it is really, really expensive, and you'd be better off just getting a new iPod.
