A: if youre just starting out, play 5-10 songs on easy. once you get the 1st 3 buttons down, add the 4th. play through most of the songs on medium. then, even if youre still not doing great. go ahead and jump into hard. it might take a few times to pass the first time, but once you get all 5 frets down, you can play anything. its all about doing. if youre scared to try hard, then you'll never get to hard or expert. also, practice mode is a blessing. it helps with really long guitar solos like hanger 18 or physcobilly freakout. all in all, its just a matter of playing.
