Q: It's also our cable box, so we can't even watch the cable channels we pay for. It keeps shutting itself off after a few minutes. There's nothing on the Troubleshooting page of the owner's manual that even remotely covers this. Any ideas why it won't stay turned on?
A: I assume you are connecting cable box through DVD player. You should connect directly from cable box to TV.
