Q: I turned of my tv and now the green light flashes fast and I cant get tv to reset or come on. I have unplugged it for sometime, I have tried the reset button. Thank you
A: Hi I know this is frustrating but it is the reset button you need. 1) unplug the set 2) press and hold the reset button 3) plug the set in and switch on (while you are still pressing the reset button) 4) wait 5 seconds 5) release reset and the wait (all will be well) and you have just done a factory reset.
