Q: I want to sell my cell on eBay and want to make sure that I clear all the information off of it. Is there a simple way to do this? Is there anything else I need to do before selling it? Thanks!
A: You may need to RESET the phone. What this does is it clears all of your info and defaults the phone completely. It takes couple of seconds to a minute...depending on your phone... Most phones have the reset option in SETTINGS. Good Luck!
