Q: I have a t-mobile wing, and the cost for the internet will be 20 dollars more and the total cost for the ultimited txt and internet and the 600 min will be about 89 DOLLARS.... So i heard that if you have a t-mobile Side Kick they will give you like a promotion or something that that you only have to pay 20 bucks for internet and unlimited txt.. So my question is.. Can I call t-mobile costumer service and tell them that i have a Tmobile side kick (Wich i dont b/c i have the wing just to make sure lol) and get that promotion???? They will know that im lying ??? WIll it work?????? I apologize for my english! i know it sucks! anyways PLEASE! answer me if you know something. Thanks for reading and taking the time....
A: It's not a promotion. The Sidekick comes with the Unlimited Sidekick Plan which is only $19.99 a month. That includes unlimited texting, instant messaging, e-mail, and web browsing. I don't think you will be able to ask for that service because to change anything on your plan, T-mobile will have to get into your account and they will know that you have the Wing. The only thing you can do will be to get a new Sidekick. Sorry
