Q: when i plug it into my usb and select data transfer from the different options it will not let my phone connect as a mass storage device it says something like - unable to activate data transfer. mass memory is in use by another application. could it be one of my applications is still running in the background, or would that not cause any problems? thanks Sorry if its a bit of a scruffy question
A: Make sure there aren't any unused application running in the background. You can use phone task manager to help you. Press and hold the menu key will bring Task Manager to the front. You can close unused running application by pressing "c" key.
